We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50! Are you outside the U.S.? We ship to you! However, international shipping is not eligible for free shipping. All orders will ship via USPS First Class with a domestic tracking number. Once your package ships, a tracking number and order details will be emailed to you. International orders can be tracked until they leave the US. All customs and import fees remain the responsibility of the buyer. Pixie Herd is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.

 

returns/exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed bonnets within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@pixieherd.com to schedule a full refund or exchange on your item. When exchanging an item that is no longer available, you may choose an alternate item, or store credit will be issued in the amount of purchase price. Return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. For order cancellation, please notify hello@pixieherd.com immediately. All international orders and clearance items are final sale.
